IEEE Cluster 2013 Award Recipients

Cluster 13 conference organizers sought submissions in a variety of areas, including tutorials, technical papers, posters, panels, and visualizations. Students were especially encouraged to submit papers highlighting their research endeavors. Starting with Cluster 2013, the Mark Baker Best Student Paper Award, newly instituted by the IEEE Cluster advisory committee, honors outstanding student work in memory of Mark Baker.

In addition, Cluster 2013 requested position papers on the topic of C-STEM (computer science, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) as part of its Education, Outreach, and Training (EOT) track.
