Call for contributions – Reminder to submit by 29 March for the NZ eResearch Symposium 2011 to be held Thursday 30 June – Friday 1 July at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand.
Submissions are welcome, of descriptions for presentations, posters, workshops and demonstrations. Descriptions will be final, with no additional articles required. Submissions should address any aspect of eResearch, including the infrastructure, platforms, middleware, services; and use-cases from the sciences, humanities, engineering, social sciences and medical fields.

Please provide a description of your submission (no greater than 300 words), clearly noting your preferred format for presenting: oral presentation, poster, workshop or demonstration. Submissions should use Times New Roman style font and 12 point text and should be in PDF format.

Evaluation of Proposals
All submissions will be reviewed by the program committee. Relevance to the theme of eResearch, originality, and applicability to the symposium audience are key considerations in the acceptance of all submissions. All submitters will receive a letter confirming the outcome of their proposal. The organizing committee reserves the right to accept your proposal under a different category, for example accepting a paper as a poster.
• The deadline for submission of proposals is 29 March 2011
• Presenters will be informed whether their proposal has been accepted no later than 15 April 2011
• All presenters will need to have registered for the symposium no later than 20 May 2011 in order to guarantee a place in the programme.
